Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is seeking a maintenance technician to support plant operations in Ohio. You will perform general equipment repairs, routine maintenance, and ensure safe, compliant operation in a heavy industrial setting.

Requirements include 2–4 years of related experience or trade school, physical ability to lift 75–100 lbs, and proficiency with basic tools. This on-site role offers competitive pay and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination.
• Trade school preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and operation manuals.

Responsibilities

• General plant maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Perform welding and cutting as needed.
• Safely use oxygen and acetylene torches and hand tools.
• Follow OSHA/MSHA/DEP regulations and complete daily reporting.
