Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH company, seeks a Terminal Manager in Ohio to oversee material operations and administrative duties. You will supervise staff, ensure DOT specifications are met, and coordinate testing, inventory and budgeting in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety compliance, maintaining records and coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance. Strong leadership and analytical skills are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; 2–4 years related experience or training.
• Proficient with Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong math, reading and writing skills as described in the job overview.

Responsibilities

• Manage material testing to determine requirements safely and efficiently.
• Identify and understand mix specifications requirements.
• Communicate with staff to adjust processes to meet specs.
• Maintain recordkeeping and documentation.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Control inventory, personnel management, scheduling and staffing.
