Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes guests within 15 minutes of their teppan order.
• Performs a cooking show for assigned tables with engaging interaction.
• Reads guest inquiries and provides information about Benihana foods.
• Prepares meats, seafood, vegetables and other items for cooking.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and teppan areas and follows health safety standards.
