Benihana is seeking a driven Hibachi Chef to deliver a memorable dining experience. You will cook show-style and engage guests while maintaining portions and cleanliness in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Must be able to successfully pass Benihana chef training program.
• Previous experience as chef or cook highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes guests within 15 minutes of their teppan order(s).
• Performs a cooking show for assigned tables ensuring interaction is appropriate and courteous.
• Reads guests for cooking preference and follows guest instructions.
• Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables for cooking.
• Maintains kitchen and teppan areas clean, sanitized, and organized.
