Job summary

Etsy is seeking a highly organized Campaign and GTM Coordinator to support major campaigns with day-to-day operational work, timelines, and plan maintenance. You’ll ensure channels have what they need and help translate learnings into future GTM briefs.

Reporting to the Director of Brand Strategy and Culture, this full-time role includes eligibility for equity, an annual performance bonus, and competitive benefits. Based in Brooklyn, NY with 2 days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, campaign or project coordination.
• Experience in marketing operations or cross-functional roles.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Centralized Campaign Planning: consolidate tentpole campaign planning into a single overview deck that gives leadership and working teams visibility.
• GTM Timelines & Workbacks: build and maintain workback timelines for tentpole campaigns and quarterly GTM moments.
• GTM Alignment Support: facilitate planning, briefing, and alignment sessions across core cross-functional group.
• Tentpole-Specific Channel Coordination: manage the intake of tactics and creative from channel teams for tentpoles and follow up to keep plans on schedule.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration across Marketing and Product: build strong relationships and pathways for integration between Product and Marketing.
