You'll own the outbound, partnerships with brokers and associations, and the full funnel, while setting up CRM tooling and GTM infrastructure to iterate and improve performance in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM, sales, or growth at early-stage startup.
• Experience selling into SMBs or transportation/logistics is a plus.
• Data-driven and outcome-oriented.
• High agency and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outbound campaigns targeting fleet operators and trucking companies.
• Own the full sales funnel — prospecting, qualification, and closing.
• Identify and develop partnerships with brokers, associations, load boards.
• Set up and iterate on CRM, tooling, and GTM infrastructure.
