We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented GTM Program Manager to operationalize product launches, campaigns, and new market initiatives. In this role, you will bridge strategy and execution, ensuring cross‑functional teams are aligned, accountable, and delivering on key objectives. You will manage complex programs end‑to‑end, providing structure, clarity, and documentation to drive business impact. This role offers the opportunity to influence go‑to‑market processes, optimize workflows, and enhance collaboration across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Accountabilities
- Translate strategic goals for launches, campaigns, and new markets into actionable project plans with clear timelines, owners, and deliverables.
- Align cross‑functional teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Creative around shared objectives.
- Manage end‑to‑end execution of integrated programs, ensuring workstreams remain on track and deliverables meet overall strategy.
- Build and refine GTM processes, including approvals, workbacks, and lessons learned to enhance efficiency and repeatability.
- Track risks, dependencies, and scope changes, ensuring timely adjustments without losing momentum.
- Maintain project visibility and communication through documentation, status updates, and dashboards.
- Facilitate retrospectives and continuously identify opportunities to improve program effectiveness and cross‑team collaboration.
Requirements
- 4‑6 years of experience in program management, campaign management, or integrated marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology environments.
- Strong understanding of GTM processes, from planning and alignment to launch execution and post‑launch analysis.
- Equal parts strategist and executor, comfortable driving meetings, documentation, and follow‑through.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of bringing structure to ambiguity.
- Collaborative and trusted, able to build strong relationships across teams and levels.
- Confident facilitator with excellent communication skills and the ability to secure alignment and accountability.
- Proficient with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms.
- Curious and improvement‑mindset, continuously seeking ways to make GTM planning more efficient.
