Job summary
Guardant Health, Inc. is seeking a field-based Regional Sales Director, Screening Team who will lead a team of Account Executives in an assigned region.
The role is responsible for promoting SHIELD to general practice providers, building labs partnerships, and driving regional sales growth. The RSD will recruit, coach, and develop the salesforce, manage regional targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver competitive solutions and meet customer expectations.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of direct experience in a customer-facing sales role in medical/diagnostic/med device with consistent closing abilities.
- 3+ years in a sales leadership role.
- Proven revenue generation at diagnostic/pharma/biotech companies.
- Experience leading teams selling to primary care and specialists.
- Experience during product launches.
Responsibilities
- Lead 8–12 direct reports including recruitment and development of Account Executives.
- Promote SHIELD to general practice providers within the region.
- Identify labs and establish draw agreements to support the region.
- Forecast and achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and commercial teams to optimize regional performance.
