Job summary

SteelWave, Inc. is seeking a Property Administrator to support the Senior Property Manager in two Class A life science projects in Berkeley and Emeryville and a Retail project in South San Francisco.

The role focuses on exceptional tenant relations, service coordination, and ensuring high occupancy and asset value through strong administration. The ideal candidate will have 1–2+ years in commercial real estate or administration, be proficient in Word/Excel, and possibly experience with Yardi or

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred; 1–2+ years in commercial real estate or administration is a plus.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; familiarity with accounting software helpful (Yardi preferred).
• Strong oral and written communication and superior tenant relations & customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility for all customer service and tenant relations, including first point of contact for tenant requests and coordinating service calls.
• Administrative oversight: phones, office services and visitor management for the project.
• Maintain insurance certificates, Accounts Receivable/Payable, monitor vendors' activities, and manage files (electronic and hard copy).
• Track building maintenance inspections; tenants are responsible for certain inspections.
• Issue/track parking and site access cards.
• Assist with asset management to maximize income, control expenses, and sustain occupancy.
• Support marketing efforts to timely leasing and renewals; assist in asset inspections.
• Occasional overtime may be required.
