Two Coast Living in San Jose is seeking a part-time Property Administrator to serve as the operational backbone of a multifamily community. You will assist the Property Manager with administrative, financial, and compliance tasks while delivering excellent service to residents and vendors.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience in property management or residential services, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Entrata.

• Experience in customer service and resident communications.
• Familiarity with social media and review-management tools.

Mansioni

• Manage daily administrative operations and records.
• Conduct unit walk-throughs after move-outs and report conditions.
• Assist with rent collections, invoicing, deposits, and budgeting.
• Maintain resident files and lease documentation for compliance.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors; support the Property Manager.
• Provide outstanding resident and vendor service.
