Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in property management.
• Strong knowledge of lease administration and real estate law.
• Experience managing commercial leases incl warehouses.
• Proficient in Excel; Yardi experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer lease agreements—commercial leases incl warehouse and yard spaces—to ensure tenant/landlord compliance and high-quality service.
• Prepare monthly budget variance reports and recommend strategies to improve NOI and cash flow.
• Oversee service contracts and obtain competitive bids; ensure vendor qualifications.
• Coordinate tenant improvements and capital projects; supervise maintenance and turnover.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and safety standards; file required reports.
• Supervise property staff and third-party vendors; manage life-safety and preventive maintenance programs.
