Job summary

Lincoln Property Company in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Tenant Services Coordinator to elevate tenant experiences, support operations, and help maintain high occupancy.

You will assist the team with administrative tasks, manage the work order system, process invoices, review COIs, and coordinate move-ins and tenant events while delivering exceptional customer service to tenants and clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required with up to 2 years in a related role.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and communicate with tenants, maintain files and insurance certificates.
• Manage the work order system and assist in emergency procedures.
• Process and code invoices and prepare tenant billbacks and readings.
• Respond to tenant needs; coordinate move-in/move-out documentation.
• Review COIs for accuracy and support tenant events and conference reservations.
• Contribute to process improvements and perform other duties as assigned.
