Job summary

LulaFit, Inc. seeks a seasoned hospitality and events leader to elevate the tenant experience at Tollway Plaza in Dallas. You will design and execute high-end programs, oversee lounges, spaces, and services, and partner with property teams to deliver exceptional service.

You will own the tenant experience, curate events, manage budgets, and drive engagement. A background in luxury hospitality and CRE, with strong communication and organizational skills, is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in hospitality, events, or CRE with luxury hospitality background.
• Proven ability to own service delivery, standards, and team performance in high-touch settings.
• Tech-savvy with experience using booking, scheduling, and collaboration tools.
• Adaptable and confident learning new systems for membership and program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and launch the Onsite workplace experience program at Tollway Plaza in Dallas.
• Operate tenant lounges, meeting spaces, and amenities to optimize utilization and revenue.
• Curate tenant events, manage an annual event budget, and ensure strong attendee satisfaction.
• Build relationships with property management, ownership, and tenants; provide monthly impact reports.
• Support leasing with tours and renewal opportunities, adding hospitality touches to experiences.
• Develop tenant-facing communications, newsletters, signage, and digital campaigns.
