Job summary

lululemon in Fort Worth seeks a Guest Experience Lead at University Park Village to elevate in-store guest interactions and lead the floor as Supervisor on Duty. You will educate guests on product tech, coach teammates, and drive daily sales goals.

You will participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training while maintaining an inclusive, high-energy store atmosphere and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations).
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor to deliver the lululemon guest experience framework and an inclusive guest experience.
• Assess guest connection and product education to ensure each guest receives education.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty to lead on the floor and meet business needs.
• Ensure store readiness and operational excellence during shifts.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Review daily data to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Provide direct feedback and coaching to team members.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive, and productive team environment.
