Job summary

LulaFit in New York City seeks a senior hospitality-focused leader to own building experience strategy at One Liberty Plaza. You will drive pre-opening activities, launch programs, and align programming, operations, and partnerships to create a connected community for tenants and ownership.

You will manage budgets, lead high-performing teams, and act as the hospitality face for VIP guests while building foundational tenant relationships for the building’s future.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospitality, workplace experience, amenity ops, events, or community environments with CRE exposure preferred.
• Experience leading high-performing teams.
• Experience owning budgets and using financial data to drive decisions.
• Track record of creating and presenting operational and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the building asset and experience strategy to drive leasing velocity and tenant retention.
• Lead tenant onboarding and integrate F&B, partners, and services into the amenity program.
• Serve as hospitality lead for prospective tenants, coordinating access and gifts.
• Deliver daily operations with tenant-focused professionalism and clear reporting.
