JLL is seeking a Tenant and Guest Experience Ambassador to own the experience strategy for a premier office building in Dallas. You will blend hospitality with problem-solving, leading service culture during a major building transformation.

You’ll design and grow the program from the ground up, shaping a brighter path for tenants and stakeholders. You will oversee concierge services, manage staff and budgets, and collaborate with executives to elevate the tenant experience through innovative

Competenze

• 3+ years in high-touch hospitality, such as luxury hotels, private clubs, or premium corporate guest services.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• High EQ with exceptional composure, empathy, and intuitive problem-solving under pressure.
• High IQ with strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Polished communication skills to move between executive tenants and service providers.

Mansioni

• Deliver bespoke, high-touch lobby and concierge services to tenants and visitors.
• Supervise on-site hospitality staff and ensure compliance with premium service guidelines.
• Design, launch, and manage a new hospitality and tenant experience strategic plan.
• Manage communications to mitigate construction and renovation impacts.
• Create event calendars and coordinate regular programming, from wellness activities to community events.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and tenant representatives as their advocate.
• Oversee amenity spaces, property app administration, program budgets, and vendor contracts.
