As the essential link between client vision and flawless reality, you will coordinate five-star experiences, clear pathways through meticulous planning, and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in venue operations, hospitality, events management, or premium guest-facing environments.
• Proven experience owning operational standards and service delivery in high-volume or high-touch environments.
• Skilled in driving revenue and efficiency through utilization planning, staffing models, and resource management.
• Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with key stakeholders to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Tech-savvy with booking, scheduling, and collaboration tools.
• Adaptable and confident learning new systems for membership and program management.

Responsibilities

• Translate booking requests into intentional, five-star experiences and ensure guests are hosted from arrival to departure.
• Coordinate logistics and run-of-show frameworks to deliver seamless events.
• Manage intake and discovery to tailor solutions that align with brand standards.
• Execute programming to foster member engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with on-site operators and vendors to maintain a cohesive, house-proud atmosphere.
• Monitor resources and budgets to demonstrate measurable operational impact.
