Job summary

Qualifications

• Effective communication with tenants, vendors, and team.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and communicate with tenants to support service delivery.
• Manage the work order system and assist in emergency procedures.
• Process and code invoices and prepare tenant work orders for billbacks.
• Respond to tenant needs and coordinate with building staff.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out documentation and review COIs.
• Maintain tenant contact lists and support events and conference reservations.
• Contribute to process improvements in tenant outreach.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
