Job summary

Lincoln Property Company in Clayton, Missouri, is seeking a Tenant Services Coordinator to elevate the tenant experience, maintain occupancy, and support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks for tenants and clients.

You will assist with phones, file maintenance, invoices, move-in/out documentation, COIs review, and coordination of tenant events and conference center reservations, with a focus on timely, accurate service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; up to 2 years related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• MS Office proficiency required.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist teams with administrative tasks including phones, tenant communications, files, and insurance certificates.
• Manage the work order system and assist with fire drill procedures as needed.
• Process and code invoices; help prepare tenant work orders for billbacks and readings.
• Respond to tenant needs and ensure staff resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate move-in/out docs and review COIs for accuracy.
• Maintain tenant contact lists and support events and conference center reservations.
• Contribute to process improvements and tenant outreach initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
