Job summary

Qualifications

• Assist Accounts Payable in processing real estate and property tax invoices.
• Monthly tenant account reconciliations.
• Support for opening of new stores with certificates of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Establish working relationships with tenants, assisting with questions or discrepancies.
• Understand lease terminology to determine billable expenses.
• Create invoices to tenants and compute pro rata shares.
• Review aged delinquencies and follow up on outstanding balances.
