Ahold Delhaize USA in Quincy, MA is seeking an Administrative/Financial Support role to coordinate payments, vendor setup, reporting, and documentation for Leasing and Asset Management. The hybrid schedule includes 3 in-person days and 2 remote days, with eligibility to work in the United States.
The role supports in-store business, leasing, licensing, and seasonal housing programs through data management and stakeholder coordination.

Provide administrative, operational, and financial support to Leasing and Asset Management team through the coordination of payments, vendor setup & transactions, reporting, and departmental documentation. This role prepares and processes checks and wire transfers, obtains required approvals, ensures accurate account coding, maintains records, and supports timely payment processing. The position supports in-store business, leasing, licensing, and seasonal housing programs through data management, communication, issue resolution, and coordination with internal and external business partners, including Finance, Legal, Store Operations, landlords and vendors. Through proactive tracking, follow-up, and administrative support, this role helps ensure the efficient execution of departmental financial and operational processes and significant bill-back recoveries from tenants and landlords while supporting day-to-day business activities.
Our hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Quincy, MA.

Preferred Qualifications:
IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range:$23.50 - $35.25
