Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking an Accounting/Finance professional to prepare invoices to tenants for rental obligations, follow up on collections, and reconcile tenant accounts in a hybrid work model with 3 in-person days at core locations Salisbury, NC and Carlisle, PA and 2 remote days.

Responsibilities include computing pro rata charges for CAM, taxes, insurance and percentage rent, reviewing aged delinquencies, assisting Accounts Payable with real estate and property tax invoices, and

Qualifications

• Experience creating tenant invoices and calculating pro rata charges.
• Understanding lease terminology to determine billable expenses.
• Ability to review aged delinquencies and follow up on collections.
• Experience supporting Accounts Payable with real estate invoices and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices to tenants for rental obligations and collect on charges.
• Follow up on delinquent accounts and provide reconciliations as needed.
• Assist Accounts Payable with real estate and property tax invoices.
• Maintain monthly account reconciliations and perform cash application research.
• Provide documents related to opening new stores (e.g., certificates of insurance).
