Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting/finance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for professional articulation.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, reconcile, audit and summarize financial data for management decisions.
• Lead period close activities for AR/revenue discipline and maintain current tax laws.
• Prepare standard and non-standard reports and KPIs for management and audits.
• Collaborate with business partners to design revenue and reimbursement programs.
• Answer P&L and Balance Sheet questions for assigned accounts and ensure accurate reporting.
