Job summary

Dierbergs Markets, Inc. is seeking a Talent Ambassador for a temporary 3–6 month assignment. You'll support recruitment processes and conduct interviews across store locations to identify top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities include reviewing applications, evaluating candidates, informing them about roles, benefits and policies, and assisting with offers and onboarding. Travel within the St. Louis Metro area is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing or HR, especially high-volume interviewing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support and reinforce Dierbergs' company purpose - Grow Every Day.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience to all candidates.
• Review applications and evaluate work history, education and skills.
• Conduct interviews at store locations and coordinate weekly locations.
• Inform candidates about duties, salary, benefits and policies.
• Assist with hiring decisions and onboard new associates.
• Process candidates including offers, background checks and onboarding.
• Promote the Referral Bonus program and recruitment marketing.
• Serve as a resource on application and interview processes.
• Travel to Dierbergs locations within the St. Louis Metro area as needed.
