Job summary

DEMA Engineering Company in Missouri seeks an HR Representative – Talent & Workforce to lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations. This onsite role covers hourly to technical positions, with regular travel between Kirkwood/St. Louis and Gerald locations.

You will coordinate interviews, background checks, onboarding, and early employee experience. You will build pipelines, partner with managers, and drive hiring strategies while maintaining a strong candidate experience and workforce

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably full-cycle.
• Experience recruiting for hourly, skilled, professional, and technical roles.
• Manufacturing/industrial recruiting experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for hourly, skilled, professional, and technical roles across locations.
• Partner with hiring managers to build candidate profiles, timelines, and strategies.
• Develop pipelines via direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and events.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, background checks, and onboarding.
• Advise on interview practices and candidate selection with data-driven input.
• Create a consistent, responsive candidate experience from first contact to hire.
• Support onboarding and new-hire training through the first 90 days.
