Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in high-volume retail management.
• Ability to work a varied schedule with a minimum of 40 hours a week including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Deep understanding of store operations and staffing.
• Relentless Guest First mentality with energetic leadership.
• Experience in recruiting or HR is a plus.
• Embodies brand aesthetics and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment to attract candidates aligned with our mission.
• Drive guest-focused environment and coach associates to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and daily operational readiness.
• Educate candidates on appearance and professionalism standards as brand ambassador.
• Schedule optimization balancing associate availability with business needs.
• Onboard and train team members through company programs.
• Serve as liaison between hiring leaders and candidates and manage open requisitions.
• Monitor staffing metrics and turnover data to drive improvements.
