Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with candidate screening and posting job descriptions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews using Microsoft Teams.
• Build and manage a LinkedIn candidate pipeline and outreach messaging.
• Learn ATS usage and recruiting operations.
