Job summary

TalentBridge is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator in St. Louis, MO, for a 6-month contract. You will support a busy Talent Acquisition team by coordinating schedules, managing recruiting processes, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of recruiting coordination experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office. This role offers competitive hourly compensation and the potential for contract extension.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting coordination, HR administration, or staffing support experience.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Create, submit, and track job requisitions through internal approval processes.
• Assist with onboarding activities, including monitoring background checks.
