Job summary

Five Below in Deerfield Beach, FL is seeking an Interim Support Lead to help run the store during busy periods. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead front-end operations, cash handling, merchandising, safety and guest experience.

This temporary leadership role offers hands-on management experience, including training associates, opening and closing duties, and serving as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wowers customers with personal contact and outstanding service.
• Train crew on the FAST checkout and BEST customer experience.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty during shifts when needed.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, set alarms, and ensure smooth operations.
• Onboard and train associates; enforce policies and procedures.
• Drive sales by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
