Job summary

Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead to join our New York stores. You will support front-end operations, cash handling, merchandising, and daily store duties while stepping into Manager on Duty responsibilities during shifts.

You should have at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary role with potential for growth during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and service excellence.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking.
• Acts as Manager on Duty for store operations when needed.
• Handles opening/closing duties and cash handling.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Performs maintenance and stockroom upkeep.
