Five Below seeks a temporary Interim Support Lead to ensure an outstanding customer experience and lead the store floor with a hands-on management style. You will train crew, manage daily operations, and support merchandising and safety initiatives during peak seasons or coverage needs.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask across front-end operations, stock, and guest relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsabilités

• WOW customers with outstanding service at all times.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience and fast checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and supervise staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for efficient floor availability.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and manage store operations.
