StorQuest Self Storage, part of William Warren Group, invites motivated individuals to join our team in Florida as an Assistant Store Manager for a temporary ~3-month period. You will be the first-line representative to customers in the store’s absence, handling rentals, payments, and customer service while supporting store operations.

Responsibilities include driving revenue, managing delinquency and occupancy, maintaining a clean facility, and assisting at multiple sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1+ years in Customer Service/Sales experience
• Tech Savvy is a plus
• Experience in Cash Handling required
• Must be available on weekends
• A huge passion for guest service and sales
• The ability to be a part of a team to help support and motivate as needed to ensure a collaborative and positive work environment
• The mentality that there are no spare customers, every experience is as valuable as the next
• A positive, outgoing personality
• An insatiable appetite to learn new things
• Strong accountability combined with strong work ethic and enthusiasm for teamwork
• Experience working in the retail or service industry preferred

Responsabilités

• Maintain daily site operations and assist customers
• Assist Store Manager with revenue, delinquency management, occupancy, cleanliness and customer service
• Manage all aspects of the rental process: converting a sale, taking payments, selling merchandise, offering insurance
• Assist customers with truck rentals at some locations and collect past-due accounts
• Inspect stores daily, maintain an impeccable facility, and perform minor maintenance and custodial duties
• Accurately handle cash, balance receipts, post payments and process bank deposits timely
• Go to the post office as needed
