StorQuest Self Storage, part of the William Warren Group family, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations across sites in Florida. The role emphasizes guest service, sales, and problem-solving during challenging customer situations.

You may be assigned to multiple sites, handle rental transactions, payments, merchandise, insurance, and occasional truck rentals, while promoting a team-first environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1+ years in Customer Service/Sales experience
• Experience in cash handling is required
• Must be available on weekends

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the rental process including converting a sale, taking payments, selling merchandise and offering insurance
• Assist customers with truck rentals at some locations
• Perform cash handling, balance receipts, post payments and process bank deposits
• Maintain a clean and secure facility and coordinate with maintenance and vendors as needed
• Provide exceptional guest experiences and support Store Manager in daily operations
