Job summary

StorQuest Self Storage, part of the William Warren Group, seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations across sites. You will manage rentals, payments, merchandise sales, insurance offerings, and truck rentals at select locations, while helping the Store Manager drive revenue and guest satisfaction.

You should have 1+ years in customer service or sales, be tech‑savvy, capable with cash handling, and available on weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Customer Service or Sales
• Cash handling experience required
• Tech Savvy is a plus
• Must be available on weekends
• Positive, outgoing personality with excellent guest service mindset
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the rental process: convert sales, take payments, sell merchandise, offer insurance, assist with truck rentals at some locations.
• Support Store Manager with revenue and delinquency management, occupancy, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Inspect stores daily, balance receipts, post payments, and process bank deposits.
• Reconcile petty cash and handle cash deposits accurately.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone to create exceptional guest experiences.
• May be assigned to multiple sites to provide coverage when needed.
