Job summary

NORTHWEST RESPIRATORY SERVICES LLC in Eagan, MN is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to own the end-to-end candidate and recruiting process onsite. This role covers posting, screening, offers, onboarding, and closing all positions.

You will collaborate with team members, ensure compliance with employment laws, and stay current on recruiting trends. Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years full-cycle recruiting experience preferred; strong communication and organizational skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to build cooperative relationships based on trust.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Comfort making decisions independently.
• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of interviewing techniques and screening methods.
• Familiarity with sourcing avenues.
• Understanding employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting execution for open roles, including job posting and ongoing updates
• Screen applicants by reviewing resumes and applications and conducting phone screens
• Coordinate and guide the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating employment terms
• Manage onboarding and the new hire process
• Oversee interview, selection, and closing activities from start to finish
• Ensure employment law and regulatory compliance across screening, hiring, and selection
• Complete reference checks as needed
• Stay current on recruiting trends, techniques, and best practices

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience: 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (preferred)
