Job summary

BolyːWelch in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across multiple divisions, from Sales to Engineering. The role requires partnering with division managers to align sourcing and candidate experience with standards.

The position is onsite in Hillsboro four days a week with one day from home, for a six-month assignment, paying $40–$42 per hour DOE.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
