Qualifications

• 6+ years of proven success as a full life cycle recruiter.
• Demonstrated union/bargaining hiring knowledge and experience partnering with Labor Relations.
• Proficiency in leveraging an ATS and Workday for efficient talent management.
• Excellent communication skills with the agility to manage competing priorities effectively.

• Drive Strategic Sourcing: Develop diverse talent pipelines through innovative active sourcing techniques to meet evolving business needs.
• Cultivate Partnerships: Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, leveraging market insights to optimize hiring decisions.

• Essential:Excellentcommunication skills with the agility to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Preferred: BS/BA degree in HR or Business; experience with local diversity recruitment events.
