Job summary

KellyMitchell is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to source, interview, and place qualified professionals for Fortune 500 clients. You will assess candidate qualifications, negotiate offers, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

The role emphasizes building strong client relations, maintaining thorough documentation, and contributing ideas to attract top talent. This hybrid role combines in-office culture with work-from-home flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified IT professionals for Fortune 500 clients through online sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, etc.), referrals, networking events, and job postings.
• Conduct daily candidate phone interviews within a fast-paced environment.
• Evaluate candidates’ employment history, education, technical skill set, and salary.
• Negotiate wage rates with potential candidates and sell job client opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of recruitment activity.
• Create a positive experience for candidates by communicating regularly.
• Conduct reference checks and ensure resumes are formatted professionally.
• Oversee interview scheduling and communicate job offers to selected candidates.
• Partner with outside sales team to ensure quality candidates are presented for our clients.
• Develop new ideas to attract and retain quality candidates to KellyMitchell.
