Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Turn Help to support maintenance operations at our Greensboro, NC communities. The role covers cleaning, grounds upkeep, and daily unit make-ready, under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The position emphasizes timely response to resident requests, adherence to safety standards, and accurate maintenance of logs and inventories. This is a temporary, on-site role with opportunities to contribute to a well-run property team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required; ability to use onsite software.
• Fair Housing Laws knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Community maintenance and grounds upkeep.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance required.
• Respond to resident/work orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
• Daily exterior cleanup of grounds, breezeways, and common areas.
• Pool maintenance and chemical logs.
