Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Turn Help to support maintenance operations across our residential communities. The role involves daily onsite attendance, cosmetic and routine maintenance, and responsive service to residents and management.

The candidate should perform pool maintenance, sanitation tasks, and keep chemical logs while adhering to safety and OSHA guidelines. This temporary position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic property management environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Two years housing industry experience considered.
• Must understand Fair Housing Laws and OSHA basics.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance and make-ready tasks.
• Respond to work orders and resident requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines on site.
• Clean, inspect, and upkeep grounds, units, and common areas.
• Assist in unit inspections and daily shop organization.
• Maintain pool area and chemical logs.
