Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Turn Help for the Cottages at Greensboro Apartments on a temporary, on-site basis. Under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, you will perform routine, preventive, and cosmetic maintenance, assist with make-ready units, and help keep the grounds tidy.

This role emphasizes strong customer service to residents, timely response to work orders, and safety compliance. Tasks include pool maintenance, documenting logs, and supporting property operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in the housing industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance, make-ready units, and routine/cosmetic upkeep under supervision.
• Respond to resident work orders and support customer service at the property.
• Maintain pool care and daily grounds maintenance; document logs and safety procedures.
