Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Turn Help for on-site maintenance roles. The position supports maintenance, send requests, and performs routine upkeep to ensure a safe, clean community environment.

As a temporary role, you will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, assisting in make-ready tasks, grounds care, and daily operations while upholding safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Community maintenance and grounds upkeep, on-site daily attendance.
• Respond to resident/management requests and maintenance work orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure safety and adherence to policies; maintain cleanliness of common areas and exterior grounds.
