Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the daily maintenance operations of our properties. You will assist with corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, ensuring high-quality upkeep of common areas, buildings, and units.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, supporting make-ready tasks, maintaining logs, and upholding safety standards in line with OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks.
• Assist with make-ready process per property objectives under supervision.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of maintenance shop and storage areas.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules to extend the life of the property.
