Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Turn Help contributor to assist in maintenance for a multi-family community. You will support corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities include ground and unit upkeep, pool care, safety logging, and responding to resident requests. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus. This is a safety-sensitive, temporary role with potential for further responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years housing industry experience.
• Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks.
• Carry out make-ready tasks under supervision of Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain daily upkeep of grounds, common areas, and units; clean up exterior areas.
• Perform pool maintenance and log chemical levels.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend community life and minimize repairs.
• Assist in safety programs and enforce property policies.
• Support unit inspections as needed and report violations.
