Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Temporary Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of an on-site housing community. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and risk, and ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

You will post and reconcile payments, monitor receivables, and support budgeting to optimize NOI, while promoting resident satisfaction and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or 2 years housing industry experience.
• Ability to understand and perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Posting and reconciling payments and income accurately and timely.
• Assist with delinquency management and rent collection to optimize cash flow.
• Supervise on-site staff and oversee leasing, maintenance, finance, administration and risk management.
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2 years housing industry experience
