Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Temporary Community Manager to lead the site operations of a housing community on-site under regional supervision. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, budgets and risk while ensuring compliance with policies and safety guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent; a four-year degree or CAM/ARM is preferred, along with familiarity with on-site software and Fair Housing knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a housing community under Regional Manager guidance.
• Supervise staff, lease, maintain and manage finances and risk.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop budgets, schedules and marketing plans; monitor vendor invoices.
