Asset Living is seeking a Temporary Assistant Community Manager in Tucson, AZ to support the Community Manager with daily operations and financial functions of the housing community.

You will oversee leasing, maintenance, admin, and risk management while ensuring compliance with policies, fair housing, and safety guidelines. The role emphasizes rent collection, accounts receivable, budgeted revenues, and hands-on supervision of onsite staff.

Qualificações

• Onsite software functions understanding
• Fair Housing Laws knowledge helpful
• OSHA requirements awareness

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions under supervision of Community Manager
• Post payments and income accurately; reconcile accounts receivable
• Monitor delinquency, issue notices, and assist with evictions as needed
• Support strategic leasing management and marketing activities
• Supervise onsite staff and ensure training, coaching and development
