• Support recruiting efforts, including posting jobs, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and employee documentation.
• Provide general HR support to employees and managers.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Assist with employee relations and HR-related questions.
• Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance activities.
• Handle additional HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.
