Job summary

Air Distribution Limited is seeking an HR Generalist at our Grandview, Missouri headquarters. You will deliver core HR services, drive employee engagement, and ensure policy compliance while partnering with the Director of HR on complex matters.

You will own full-cycle recruiting for the Grandview facility, manage leave and wage-and-hour processes, maintain records, and support onboarding/offboarding. Strong interpersonal skills and discretion are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1+ year of HR Generalist experience for mixed exempt/non-exempt populations.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, wage-and-hour basics; Missouri law familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR partner for Grandview facility, supporting engagement and compliance.
• Administer leave programs (FMLA) and ADA accommodations.
• Handle full-cycle recruiting for Grandview openings, including screening and offers.
• Maintain personnel files and HR records compliant with audits and subpoenas.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for new/ departing employees.
• Provide training on HR tools (UKG, SharePoint) and HR processes.
