Job summary

Par Health is seeking an HR Generalist based on-site at the St. Louis, MO plant. You will provide full HR support including recruitment, labor relations, compliance, and workplace investigations, while partnering with site leadership to drive engagement and development initiatives.

You’ll design and deliver training programs, ensure policy adherence, and maintain accurate HR records to support organizational effectiveness and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; PHR/SPHR preferred.
• 3–5 years HR generalist experience with recruitment, employee relations, compliance and training.
• Labor relations experience with unionized workforce and collective bargaining involvement.
• Experience using HRIS/ATS and other HR systems.
• Experience in developing and presenting HR/management training programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-cycle internal recruitment for salaried and non-exempt roles.
• Provide guidance on policies, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
• Support labor relations and interpretation of collective bargaining agreements.
• Design and deliver HR training programs and new-hire orientation.
• Conduct workplace investigations and maintain compliant HR records.
• Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Assist with compliance, onboarding, and site-wide HR processes.
